1. Return Policy
Items cannot be returned after delivery.
Once the product is delivered, no returns will be accepted for any reason.
2. Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange only in the following case:
If the product is not working or defective at the time of delivery.
Conditions for exchange:
You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Product must be in original condition and packaging.
Photo or video proof of the defective item is required.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped/dispatched.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only when:
The order is cancelled before dispatch.
Refund timeline:
Refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or via bank/UPI.
